Dejima — Exit Island — is the name for the peninsula that juts into Lake Kasumigaura from the south, a flat projection of land almost entirely surrounded by water. Dejima Golf Club occupies this unusual geography, with lake views on multiple sides and an atmosphere that could only exist on this particular piece of Ibaraki.
The Course
The lakeside setting dominates the experience.
