Sun Resort Country Club, in the hills of Kimino Town, adds golf to that list of reasons to visit.

The Course

The course is set in the forested hills of northern Wakayama, with a layout that uses the mountain terrain to create a genuinely varied round. Tree-lined corridors define the fairways clearly, elevation changes create interesting approach angles, and the overall setting has the kind of natural character that resort courses in more accessible locations struggle to replicate.
