What is ZIPAIR?
ZIPAIR is Japan’s first mid-distance international low-cost carrier, operating under Japan Airlines. As of March 2024, it connects Narita Airport to nine destinations: Los Angeles, Hawaii, Singapore, Bangkok, Seoul, Manila, Vancouver, San Francisco, and San Jose.
Key Features:
- Affordable Fares: Competitively low prices, including fuel surcharges.
- Family-Friendly: Kids under 6 can have a guaranteed adjacent seat (U6 service).
- Simple Service: Ticket price covers seat usage only. Meals, baggage, and seat selection are optional.
- Seating Options: Standard seats or business-class full-flat seats.
- Free Amenities: No seatback monitors, but complimentary Wi-Fi and AC power outlets.
- Narita Hub: All flights depart from and arrive at Narita Airport.
- Strict Cancellation Policy: Tickets are generally non-refundable.
