ZIPAIR does not include meals or drinks in the ticket price. Instead, you order only what you need — an optional, pay-as-you-go system.

Ordering Onboard
You can also order after boarding by scanning the QR code on your seat. However, the in-flight menu is more limited and quantities are restricted, so pre-ordering is recommended. On-the-day orders are card payment only.
What We Ordered
On our Narita departure, we pre-ordered gyudon (beef bowl) and butter chicken curry. A bottle of water comes with each meal order. The menu is simple — main dish only. Salad or dessert requires a separate order. Food was delivered about 1 hour after boarding.
You can bring food from the airport into the cabin — as long as it contains no alcohol.
Eat before boarding, then enjoy the flight your way — rest, watch videos, or simply relax. That flexibility is part of what makes ZIPAIR unique.

機内での注文も可能
搭乗後も座席のQRコードを読み取って注文できます。ただし機内注文はメニューが少なく数に限りがあるため事前注文がおすすめ。当日注文の場合、支払い方法はカードのみです。
実際に注文した機内食
成田発の便では牛丼とバターチキンカレーを事前予約しました。機内食を頼むとペットボトルのお水が1本ついてきました。メイン料理のみのシンプルな構成で、サラダやデザートは別注文が必要です。食事は搭乗後約1時間で届きました。
アルコール以外であれば、空港で購入したものを機内に持ち込むことも可能です。
事前に空港で食事を済ませておき、機内では休んだり動画を楽しんだり、各自の過ごし方を選べるのもZIPAIRの特徴です。

登机后也可扫描座位上的二维码通过手机点餐。但机上菜单种类较少，且数量有限，建议提前预订。当日机上购买仅支持刷卡支付。
我们点的机上餐食
从成田出发的航班上，我们提前预订了牛肉盖饭和黄油鸡肉咖喱。点餐时会附赠一瓶矿泉水。菜单构成简单，仅含主菜，如需沙拉或甜点须另行购买。餐食在登机约1小时后送达。
除酒精饮料外，您可以将在机场购买的食物带入机舱。
提前在机场用餐，登机后尽情休息或欣赏视频——自由选择属于自己的飞行方式，这也是ZIPAIR的魅力之一。
